The Neurology Practice

The Current Coronavirus ( Covid 19 ) Situation 2023.

During the Covid Pandemic our Consultants had negotiated with all the major Health Insurance Companies who agreed to honour consultations by telephone and Zoom video during that time of increased risk. This applies to both Follow Ups and New patients if asked for by the patient, provided New patients have a referral letter and authorisation already approved. Our Consultants normally offer face to face consultations where clinically required at both the BMI Princess Margaret Hospital in Windsor, St John and St Elizabeth Hospital, London NW8 and at Highgate Private Hospital, London N6.

Telephone consultations and also Zoom video consultations will take place at an agreed time and date as per a normal Out patient appointment.  Advice and a letter will be produced and all the necessary tests that are required will be arranged.  Depending on the neurological problem and the ongoing Covid 19 situation face to face appointments will continue to increase as we strive to offer a full service for our patients in 2021.

The Neurology Practice is based in the Princess Margaret Hospital in Windsor, but also operates from several London Hospitals including St Mary's Hospital, Paddington, The Hospital of St John and St Elizabeth, St John's Wood, Charing Cross Hospital in West London, The Highgate Private Hospital, London. NW3      Our consultants are also affiliated with the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery at Queen Square, London and the National Society for Epilepsy in Chalfont St Peter, Bucks.

The Neurology Practice provided lead Consultants to the Olympic Games and Paralympic Games in London 2012.

The Practice welcomes all patients with a GP referral in the UK and patients referred from a medical practitioner overseas.
